Professional Competitions
National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC) – The NSAC is the premier college advertising competition that provides more than 2,000 college students the real-world experience of creating a strategic advertising/marketing/media campaign for a corporate client. Students develop a marketing plan and pitch their work to advertising professionals at the district, semi-final and national levels.

Professional Activities
- The Marketing Club – A passionate group of students working under McGraw School of Business to support various companies within Kankakee County to aid in the marketing process based on each businesses’ specific needs. This club offers students a chance to make personal and professional connections as well as to gain further experience in the field of marketing.
- American Advertising Federation Regional Competition – In December and April of each year, this professional competition is held in South Bend, Indiana, with over 100 schools competing to design a campaign for a real-world client and sponsor.
