Olivet’s Eternal Flame

Introducing the 2024 Olivet Christmas Ornament. Manufactured by the creators of the Official White House Christmas Ornament, this year’s piece features the Olivet’s Eternal Flame.

Olivet’s Eternal Flame was installed in 1998, situated near the Bowling Admissions Center. The Eternal Flame reminds current and future students that an Olivet education goes beyond the classroom; it transforms lives.

The Eternal Flame affirms the significance of our mission: “Education With a Christian Purpose.” A Christian purpose is an eternal purpose; it’s the best education worth pursuing.

25 years is a long time to us, but not to God. Years are mere moments to Him.

“The Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting, and His truth endures to all generations.” (Psalm 100:5)

Let this be our prayer this Christmas season, that we would sense the work of the Holy Spirit on our campus now and for generations to come.
