Katie received a Bachelor of Health Science from Governors State University in 2015. She started at Adler University in 2016 and received her Master’s in Counseling, Specializing in Sport and Health Psychology in 2018. Katie started her internship at Olivet in 2017 and joined the team as a staff therapist in 2019. She holds a License in Professional Counseling and certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Katie also has experience working in a private practice setting with adults and adolescents and has found this experience helpful in her work here on campus.
Katie enjoys working with this population because she believes she can give back in a way she needed as a college student. Katie believes college is an exciting time for young adults and is passionate about helping guide and support students on their journey.
When Katie is not in the office, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends, and traveling.
