ANTKOVIAK HIGHLIGHTS ONU’S SIXTH-PLACE FINISH AT INDOOR CHAMPIONSHIPS

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Hannah Antkoviak added two more national titles to her collection to highlight the Olivet Nazarene University track & field teams’ week at the 2025 NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships at the Alachua County Sports & Events Center at Celebration Point.

Antkoviak, who was recently named the NAIA’s Women’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Year for the Midwest Region by the USTFCCCA, picked up her first gold medal on the weekend by setting an NAIA record at 1:26.89 to repeat in the 600-meter run. She then teamed up with Kristen GarthCarsyn Burdine, and Olivia Lentz to win the 4×400-meter relay at 3:45.33.

The senior sprinter from Allegan, Mich., added another All-American finish when she placed fourth in the 60-meter hurdles, bolting to a new ONU school record time of 8.38. She was joined by her teammate Kaylah McCall, who earned All-American status with a sixth-place finish in the event with a time of 8.46. Burdine added points individually with her All-American finish in the 400-meter dash, placing fifth with a time of 55.94.

The ONU men were led by the relay teams, with the quartet of Chapman Neal, Levi Johnson, Charlie Bardwell, and Joey Puccillo opening the scoring with an All-American finish in the 4×800-meter relay with a time of 7:55.70 to place seventh. Flynn PratherEric WhiteAustin Tice, and David Olmos all earned All-American status in the distance medley relay, cruising to 9:59.09 in the finals to place fifth.

Joseph Randolph was the lone individual All-American for the men, bolting to a time of 21.17 to place fifth in the 200-meter dash.

As a team, the ONU women racked up 32 points on the weekend to tie for sixth with The Master’s (Calif.). On the men’s side, the Tigers tallied 10 points to finish in a six-way tie for 27th place.
