Dr. Mark Reddy serves as the Vice President of Enrollment Management (VPEM) at Olivet Nazarene University. Joining the President’s Cabinet in 2022, Dr. Reddy leads initiatives for recruiting traditional on-campus, online and graduate students.
Dr. Reddy began his professional journey in public education, excelling as a teacher, coach and administrator. A proud ONU alumnus (’95/’18 MOL), he returned to Olivet in 2012 as the defensive coordinator for the university’s football program. Following three years in coaching, Dr. Reddy transitioned to admissions, serving as a family advocate, director of New Student Financial Aid (2018), and later, Executive Director of Undergraduate Admissions (2019). In June 2022, he was appointed to his current role as VPEM.
Dr. Reddy is actively involved in his local church, Kankakee First Church of the Nazarene (K1), where he serves as a sanctuary greeter, small group leader and small group member.
Mark and his wife, Tracey ’97, are proud parents of four children: Maddi ’24 and her husband, Austin ’25 Spacht, Tatum ’25, Morgan and Teegan.
Dr. Reddy holds advanced degrees, including a Master’s in Athletic Administration from Ball State University and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Southeastern University.
In his free time, Dr. Reddy enjoys golf, fishing, reading and cheering on his family in their various activities. His life is grounded in faith, and one of his favorite Bible verses is Isaiah 41:10: “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
