You’re almost here! There are just a few steps left to complete before you’re ready to become an official member of the Olivet Nazarene University family. Once you’ve been admitted, you can follow the steps below to complete your Olivet Orientation process.

Our favorite part of the Olivet enrollment process is the in-person Orientation event. We’re so excited to have you on campus this summer! Orientation will take place Thursday-Friday, June 20-21.

Finding a Roommate

We recommend filling out the Roommate Questionnaire and finding friends through our ZeeMee Community. You can also talk with your Admissions Counselor about your options to find a roommate.

Housing Information

Before Orientation, students will need to complete their housing application. This will be a part of your necessary enrollment steps!

Students officially select their housing choice after Orientation has been completed.

This is where students pick a meal plan, and where commuter students will complete an off-campus petition.

Financial Aid

One of the most important parts of the Orientation process is finalizing your financial aid. It may seem like a lot to do between now and the start of fall semester, but we are with you every step of the way!

REMINDER: First payment is due August 1^st for Fall semester and December 1^st for Spring semester.

Class Registration

First Time Freshmen
First, fill out the Class Registration Form. Once you receive your student portal login from your Admissions Counselor, you can visit my.olivet.edu to check on your schedule through the “Student Academic” drop-down menu option on the left of your screen. If you have questions about your schedule or would like to make changes, email registrar@olivet.edu.

Transfer Students
Schedule a pre-registration meeting with your Transfer Counselor today! They will help you prepare your fall 2024 class schedule and officially register you for classes. After completing class registration, you will receive access to your Olivet email account and online student portal.
