Olivet Nazarene University is pleased to announce that 2024-2025 Financial Aid Award Packages are beginning to roll out, after the U.S. Department of Education’s stall in responding to student FAFSA submissions, and a new enrollment form and process. Olivet has reported on the significant stall of the process experienced by colleges and universities around the country.
As in previous years, ONU is poised to award some $100 Million in state and federal grants, aid and institutional scholarship assistance packages to those who have submitted the FAFSA and applied for admission. Olivet Nazarene University was recently named a US NEWS Top Ten Best Value School again for 2024.
New students who have applied for the 2024-2025 academic year should begin receiving their award packages in the coming weeks.
Due to the significant backlog with the federal applications, initial Olivet Nazarene University Financial Aid packages will arrive first via e-mail. Paper notifications will follow soon after.
Each email notification will also allow the ability to book a time with an ONU Financial Aid Advisor to help with any questions that families may have. Also included is a helpful video, to help in understanding how to read the award letter.
As always, the Olivet Nazarene University dedicated team of Financial Aid experts are on hand each weekday to make the transition to ONU a smooth one.
For those students who have yet to submit the FAFSA, now is the perfect time. Make sure to include Olivet’s school code: 001741. There is still ample opportunity to take advantage of all the financial assistance available!
Current Olivet students will receive their award packages for the 2024-2025 academic year later this Spring. To be eligible, all students must submit a FASA every year.
