BROOKINGS, S.D. – After winning an individual outdoor national title in the spring, Hannah Antkoviak added two more to her collection to highlight the Olivet Nazarene University track & field teams’ week at the 2024 NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships at the Sanford Jackrabbit Complex.
The junior sprinter from Allegan, Mich., also added another All-American finish when she placed runner-up in the 60-meter hurdles, bolting to a time of 8.39 to set a new ONU school record and place second at nationals.
Vince Giuliano picked up a pair of All-American finishes on the men’s side. He went 2-3 with his teammate Joseph Randolph in the 200-meter dash, with Randolph taking runner-up honors at 21.07 and Giuliano collecting the bronze at 21.21. This came after Giuliano placed sixth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 47.73.
The ONU quartet of Flynn Prather, David Olmos, Brett Hulliberger, and Joey Puccillo all earned All-American status in the 4×800-meter relay, cruising to a time of 7:40.84 in the finals to place fifth.
As a team, the ONU women racked up 28 points on the weekend to tie for 10th with the College of Idaho. On the men’s side, the Tigers tallied 21 points to earn a tie for ninth with Dakota State.
