Justin Glenn recently accepted the role of Athletic Director at Olivet Nazarene University. Justin has served Olivet for the last six years as the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance. Prior to joining ONU, Justin worked for four years at the NAIA National Office, overseeing championships for women’s basketball, men’s golf, women’s golf and men’s soccer. He also worked with Teamworks, a software company focused on streamlining collegiate athletics recruitment and support, and as the recreation supervisor for Bourbonnais Township Park District.
Over the past year Justin navigated a difficult season in athletics including hiring six head coaches, reviewing Olivet’s athletic aid model, and overseeing an athletic staff restructure. He was selected out of a pool of more than 40 applicants, including current athletic administrators at some of the top programs in the NAIA. His past experiences position him well to lead ONU Athletics to long-term success in the CCAC and NAIA.
“Justin has a great vision for the future of ONU Athletics and is passionate about growing the Tiger Athletics brand,” said Jason Stephens, Vice President of Student Development. “Justin’s experience and expertise stood out among top notch candidates with his national experience at the NAIA, regional experience in the CCAC, and passion to see athletics used as a force to impact the student experience at ONU!”
Justin lives in Bourbonnais with his wife, Lauren, and two sons.
