Olivet Nazarene University is pleased to announce the Doctor of Education: Ethical Leadership, a transformative journey designed for professionals across various fields, now available as in hybrid format. This format, which can be completed in as little as 32 months, is offered online with an in-person summer hybrid option. Olivet continues to offer the highly successful all-online version, as well.
The Ed.D. in Ethical Leadership program explores leadership paradigms and develops a framework for how ethics, values, and cultural influences transform society. It enables you to apply expertise to the study of ethics, leadership, and change management, strategically interacting with other thought leaders to make an impact in your professional setting.
Our program serves professionals in a variety of fields, including but not limited to, For-profit and Nonprofit settings, Public Service, Education, Business, Ministry, Healthcare, and Military. As Hayden Lewis, Ed.D. ’21, expressed, “I learned what leadership looks like in many fields as an Ed.D. student at Olivet Nazarene University.”
The program features case studies on managing change and providing ethical leadership principles within organizations. It also offers the opportunity to solve any specific problems facing your organization. Individualized support services are available throughout the program. The integrated dissertation process is completed in steps throughout the program, a key feature unique to the ONU Ed.D.
The hybrid schedule gathers people to the Olivet campus each summer to create opportunities to connect, spend time together, learn together, and build lifelong relationships. Networking with other community leaders is a key component of the program.
Earning a doctorate degree is an important journey. At Olivet, our goal is for you to feel connected and supported from day one to your monumental graduation. Apply today and discover the power of community at Olivet.
The next cohorts begin soon: Hybrid cohort begins 7/8/24, and the Fully-Online cohort begins 3/3/25.
