A large number of Olivet students, faculty and staff plan to attend the M25 Conference held February 10-12 in Kansas City, Missouri. Thousands are expected to attend the quadrennial event.
In the exhibit hall, Dr. Leon Blanchette will represent the Center for Faith & Family, housed at ONU. Joining him will be Jeff Stark, with the Olivet School of Theology and Christian Ministry’s graduate programming, and Andy Corbus, promoting the university’s wide array of master’s programs in Business, Education and Nursing.
In addition to the ONU academic and alumni offerings being highlighted, Brian Utter and Shine.FM will be in attendance with staff members to call attendees to join the more than 6 Million radio audience who tuned in during 2024 to Shine.FM, Brilla.FM, and Spark HD.
Anne Whalen is attending on behalf of ONU Church Relations to connect pastors, alumni and friends with Olivet. 86 Olivet students are also attending the conference to engage with the greater pastoral community of the USA/Canada Region of the Church of the Nazarene.
The M25 website says: “M25 is a USA/Canada Regional quadrennial Nazarene conference focused entirely on evangelism. It will further the Regional Vision, our CoRe Strategy of the Cycle of Resurgence, and in particular our 2025 emphasis of Bringing People to Jesus. The agenda will include plenary speakers, break-out workshops, affinity group meetings and corporate worship times. Pastors, Lay Leaders, and Students will leave this conference encouraged, equipped, empowered and ready to engage in new ways of Bringing People to Jesus.”
