Once you’ve been admitted and secured your spot with your enrollment deposit, you can follow the steps below to complete your Olivet Orientation process.

See you soon!

Our favorite part of the Olivet Orientation process is the in-person Orientation event. We’re so excited to have you on campus! Orientation will take place Saturday, January 4th by invitation only.

You will hear more about what it means to be an Olivet student, financial aid, academic success and how to thrive at Olivet!

Finding a Roommate

We recommend finding friends through our ZeeMee Community. You can also talk with your Admissions Counselor about your options to find a roommate.

Financial Aid

One of the most important parts of the Orientation process is finalizing your financial aid. It may seem like a lot to do between now and the start of spring semester, but we are with you every step of the way!

REMINDER: Your first payment is due December 1!

Visit our “Easy as 1, 2, 3” Financial Aid page for step-by-step instructions and how-to videos for finalizing your financial aid.

If anything seems unclear or you would like to chat further, please reach out to Financial Aid.

Student Account

Log Into Your ONU Student Account & Email

As an Olivet student, you are assigned a personal student account which is used for logging into email.olivet.edu, campus wireless, canvas.olivet.edu, my.olivet.edu and many other Olivet resources. Once you have received your username from your Admissions Counselor, you can complete the New Student Account Setup to access your ONU email and MyOlivet account.

New Account Setup

Upload Your Medical Records

For the safety of the campus community, Olivet requires proof of immunization records. New students must register for a new account for medical records through Med+Proctor using your Olivet credentials and upload the required physical form and immunization records. For more information about Olivet’s immunization policy visit our Health Services page.

Submit Your Official Transcripts

First Time Freshmen

All incoming freshmen students must submit final high school transcripts to ONU to confirm federal student aid eligibility. An official transcript must include all semesters of high school, and it must have the graduation date filled in with a date. The transcript must be sent directly from the high school to ONU to be considered official.

Students who have completed college courses during high school years must also submit official college transcripts to receive credit for completed coursework. Unofficial transcripts may limit course eligibility and attendance at Olivet.

Transfer Students

All incoming transfer students must submit official college transcripts to ONU to confirm federal student aid eligibility and receive credit for completed college courses. An official transcript must include all semesters of completed coursework with a cumulative GPA. The transcript must be sent directly from the college or university to ONU to be considered official.

Students who have completed less than 16 credit hours must also submit an official high school transcript.
